Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 400 ml elderberry juice
  • 400 ml cherry juice
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 50 g sugar
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 125 ml amaretto
  • 1 lemon

    Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, and slowly heat it with the juices, sugar, cloves, and halved cinnamon sticks in a pot.

    Before the juice boils, remove the punch from the heat, stir in the amaretto, and pour into glasses. Add spices as desired.

    Thinly peel the lemon spiral-wise with a microplane and add one lemon peel segment to each punch. Serve with Italian almond pastry.
