Ingredients
- 300 g sour cherries (ripe)
- 400 ml Buttermilk
- 150 g yogurt
- 3 tbsp sugar (or liquid sweetener)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Also: cinnamon (for dusting)
Instructions

Wash the cherries, pit them and blend with sugar or sweetener to taste, lemon juice, and buttermilk until smooth. Then strain through a sieve.

Distribute onto 4 plates, fold in yogurt, and dust decoratively with cinnamon, optionally pulling it apart slightly with a spoon tip.
