Ingredients
- 250 g ripe papaya
- 150 g ripe mango
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 2 TL honey
- 350 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 200 ml milk (3.5 % fat)

Peel the papaya, halve it, remove the seeds (set aside some for garnish), set aside 4 papaya wedges and finely dice the remaining flesh. Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the pit and dice. Puree the papaya and mango with lemon juice and honey until smooth. Add 300 g yogurt and the milk, blend again and chill.

Fill glasses with the lassi, top with the remaining yogurt and garnish with papaya seeds and diced papaya pieces before serving.
