  • 500 g cherries (pitted)
  • 500 g mixed berries (e.g., blueberries and raspberries)
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 20 ml kirsch
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Combine the cherries with the selected berries in a pot with lemon juice, kirsch, and sugar; let steep for about 30 minutes.

    Bring to a boil and simmer while stirring for about 4 minutes until bubbling. Immediately test for setting and pour into prepared jars, sealing them.
