- 500 g gooseberries
- 500 g sweet cherries
- 1 kg gelatin sugar (1:1)

Wash the gooseberries and cherries, pit the cherries, then roughly puree the gooseberries and half of the cherries. Mix everything with the gelatin sugar and let it steep for at least 3 hours.

Then bring to a boil while stirring, simmer for 4 minutes, and pour into prepared jars. Seal tightly and place the lids on top for 10 minutes. Flip the jars over and allow them to cool.
