Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 300 g Emmentaler
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • chives for garnish

Instructions

    Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Slice the cucumber into 0.7 cm thick rounds. Cut the cheese into sticks. Wash, trim, and slice or shave the radishes thinly.

    Mix the yogurt with sour cream, salt, and pepper. Rinse the chives, cut them into small rolls, and fold in. Combine cucumber, radishes, and cheese; arrange on a plate and drizzle with the dressing. Garnish with chive stems and serve.
