Ingredients
- 200 g Sugar snap peas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Clean the sugar snap peas, wash and blanch briefly. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, and cut into pieces. Peel the cucumber and slice into rounds.

Clean the mushrooms, rinse briefly, drain well, and slice into strips. Peel the garlic and finely chop.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté the mushrooms. Add the bell pepper strips, sugar snap peas, and garlic to sauté briefly. Arrange the vegetables with cucumber slices on a plate.

Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil into a dressing and pour over the salad. Finally sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
