Ingredients
- 15 large green-yellow grapes
- 200 g double cream cream cheese
- 2 tbsp well-drained quark
- 0.5 tsp lemon zest
- 50 g poppy seeds
Instructions

Wash the grapes and pat them dry.

In a bowl mix the cream cheese with the quark and lemon zest.

Sprinkle poppy seeds on a flat plate. Take a small amount of the cheese mixture in your cupped hand, place a grape on top, roll the cheese around the grape into a ball and press it together.

Coat each ball in poppy seeds and insert a wooden skewer through each one.
