Ingredients
- 800 g fresh champignons
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 50 ml dry white wine
- 100 ml Vegetable broth

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, then sauté in a hot pan with melted butter until translucent.

Add the mushrooms, cook briefly, then deglaze with wine and broth.
