Ingredients

  • 600 g small mushrooms
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g pizza tomatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

    Clean the mushrooms and trim the stems. Peel the onions and garlic; slice the onions into strips and the garlic into thin slices. Heat the oil in a wide pot, brown the mushrooms over medium to high heat for several minutes. Add the onion rings and garlic, cooking until translucent.

    Add the tomatoes with their juice to the pot, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, then simmer everything for about 20 minutes on medium heat. Finally add the parsley and let it bubble briefly. Serve warm or cold.
