- 125 g Raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp raspberry syrup (or grenadine)
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 1 bottle cold champagne (750 ml)

Rinse the raspberries, rinse again if necessary, and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar, drizzle with syrup and lemon juice, and let steep for about 10 minutes.

Distribute the sparkling wine into 4-6 glasses and add a few raspberries with some of the marinating liquid to each glass. Serve immediately.
