Ingredients
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 untreated orange
- 1.2 l dry red wine
- 200 ml black tea (brewed)
- 250 ml rum
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 sugar cone

Wash the lemon and orange hot, rub them dry, cut off a strip of zest without the white part, and squeeze out the juice.

Heat the red wine and tea with half the rum, then add the cinnamon stick, the cut citrus zests, the squeezed juice, cloves, and cardamom.

Place the sugar cone in its holder (fire tongs) over the pot, soak it with the remaining rum, light it, pour the hot punch into glasses, and serve.
