Ingredients

  • 600 g Carrots
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • a handful mixed herbs (e.g., coriander leaves and basil)
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Peel the carrots and cut them into thin sticks. Whisk together honey, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, vinegar, and oil. Toss the carrots with this dressing and let sit for about 15 minutes.

    Toast the sesame seeds in a pan until they begin to fragrant. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
