Ingredients
- 600 g Carrots
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 0.5 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions

Wash, peel and slice the carrots. In 2 tbsp hot oil in a wide pan sauté for 5-6 minutes, peel and chop the garlic and sauté with it for 2 more minutes.

Whisk together vinegar, remaining oil, curry powder, garam masala, salt and pepper and taste to adjust seasoning.

Combine the carrots with the sauce and parsley and serve.
