Carrot Orange Salad

Ingredients
- 50 g Raisins
- 1 untreated orange (juice)
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 carrots (100 g each)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt
- a pinch ground cinnamon
- a pinch nutmeg
Instructions

Warm the raisins with the orange juice and orange blossom water in a small pot, remove from heat and let steep for about 1 hour.

Toast the sesame seeds in a hot pan without fat until golden yellow. Remove from pan and allow to cool.

Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips or grate them. Mix the lemon juice with honey and oil, then fold in the carrots. Season with salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
