Carrot-Papaya Shake

A refreshing carrot-papaya smoothie with sunflower and pumpkin seeds—perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 200 g carrots (2 carrots)
  • 350 g small papaya (1 small papaya)
  • 0.5 lime
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 300 g thick milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and scrub the carrots.

    Cut the papaya in half lengthwise, remove the seeds with a teaspoon, then peel the halves.

    Squeeze the lime half for juice.

    Grate the carrots coarsely. Slice the papaya thinly, then dice into very small cubes.

    Combine carrots and papaya in a bowl with lime juice, agave syrup, and rapeseed oil. Stir in the thick milk. Sprinkle the seeds on top and serve.
