The cherry smoothie from Spoonsparrow is the perfect snack for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 300 g cherries
  • 200 g thick milk
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup (optional)

    Wash, drain, pit the cherries and place them in a blender. Add the thick milk, buttermilk, and cardamom and blend until smooth. Sweeten with agave syrup if desired. Sweeten to taste and pour into glasses.
