Carrot Drink

A carrot drink with parsley, lemon and garlic from Spoonsparrow for a perfect start to the day or as a quick snack at lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 small cloves of garlic
  • 800 g bundle of carrots
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Peel the garlic cloves.

    Wash the carrots thoroughly and trim the ends.

  3. 3.

    Wash the parsley and shake it dry. Squeeze half a lemon.

  4. 4.

    Juice the garlic and 6 carrots in a juicer.

  5. 5.

    Add the parsley and remaining carrots to the juicer and juice again.

  6. 6.

    Mix the carrot drink with about 2 tbsp lemon juice and rapeseed oil and enjoy immediately.
