Ingredients

  • 100 g whole grain bread (2 slices)
  • 60 g sour cream (3 tbsp)
  • 1 Carrot
  • 10 g chives (0.5 bunch)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Spread the sour cream on the bread slices.

    Peel and finely grate the carrot.

    Wash the chives, pat dry, and cut into thin ribbons.
