Vegetable juice with ginger: For this vegetable power it’s worth getting up, because the body receives vitamins, minerals & trace elements for the whole day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 large beetroot
  • 5 stalks celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 25 g ginger (1 piece of ginger root)
  • 1 tsp argan oil

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into quarters.

    Wash, trim, and quarter the beetroot.

  3. 3.

    Wash, trim, and separate the celery sticks. Wash the carrots and trim the ends.

  4. 4.

    Wash the ginger and cut it into pieces.

  5. 5.

    Process the vegetables in a juicer, stir in argan oil, and drink immediately.
