Ingredients
- 300 g white cabbage
- 300 g red cabbage
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- 2 carrots
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Remove the stems from both cabbages, wash and cut into fine strips or shave. Mix the vinegar with the lemon juice, honey and salt and fold into the cabbage. Cover and let stand for about 30 minutes.

Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips or shave. Peel the onion, halve it and also cut into fine strips. Fold the carrot and oil into the salad, season to taste and serve.
