Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe melon
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 balls mozzarella cheese (125 g each)
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper (ground)
  • cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the melon, halve it, remove seeds and slice into thin strips. Peel the onions and cut them into fine slivers. Slice the mozzarella into rounds. Halve the avocados, remove pits, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into thin wedges.

    Gently combine all prepared ingredients in bowls, drizzle with lemon juice, honey, and olive oil. Season with pepper. Arrange on serving dishes and garnish with cilantro leaves.
