Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 pack mozzarella
- 2 tbsp black olives (pitted)
- 1 bunch Basil
- 125 g sour cream
- salt pepper
Instructions

Clean the lettuce, separate into leaves, tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them. Drain the cheese and dice finely.

Peel and finely chop the onion, mix with sour cream, salt, and pepper. Slice olives thinly. Chop half the basil finely, combine with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and olives; pour over with the sour cream sauce and garnish with basil leaves.
