Ingredients

  • 400 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 30 g acacia honey
  • 160 g heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp softened butter
  • 150 g salted peanuts

Instructions

    Dissolve sugar with water and honey in a non-stick pan over low heat and simmer until the sugar has fully dissolved and turned golden.

    Deglaze with butter and cream, stirring well until a homogeneous mixture forms and no sugar clumps remain. Then stir in the peanuts.

    Spread the caramel onto a sheet of greased parchment paper. Let it set, then break into pieces and package.
