Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 175 g sugar
  • 160 g butter
  • 3 large apples
  • 1 EL lemon juice
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

    Knead the flour with sugar and butter, then process the dough between your hands into crumb form. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with upper and lower heat.

    Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core cavity, cut into strips, mix with lemon juice and crumbs, place in a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve with vanilla ice cream.
