Ingredients

  • 80 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp Marsala
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g mixed candied fruit
  • 40 g Walnuts
  • 30 g chocolate shavings

    Caramelize the sugar until golden brown. Deglaze with Marsala and let the caramel reduce. Cool.

    Whisk mascarpone with vanilla sugar and the caramel. Chill for 2-3 hours. Dice the candied fruits and walnuts. Fold two-thirds of them along with chocolate shavings into the mascarpone cream, then top with the remaining candied fruits and walnuts before serving.
