Ingredients
- 1 small papaya
- 1 small red onion
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g roastbeef (sliced)

Peel the papaya, halve it, remove seeds and dice. Peel the onion and finely dice. Wash the bell pepper, deseed, remove white membrane and dice small. Whisk vinegar with salt, pepper and oil; fold in papaya, onions, peppers and parsley; season to taste.
