Ingredients

  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 16 slices of breakfast bacon (long strips)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Peppercorns

    Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts, then skewer them alternately with bacon on about 16 skewers.

    Heat butter in a pan, brown the skewers all around, then deglaze with vegetable broth.
