Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g coconut palm sugar
  • 140 g spelt whole‑grain flour

Instructions

    Coarsely chop 150 g of dark chocolate and melt it with the butter over a hot, non‑boiling water bath.

  2. 2.

    Whisk the coconut palm sugar with the eggs until frothy, then gradually fold in the slightly cooled chocolate. Sprinkle the flour on top. Coarsely chop the remaining chocolate and stir it into the batter.
