Ingredients
- 800 g broccoli florets
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 Spring Onions
- 50 g walnuts (chopped)
- Salt
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.

Wash and trim spring onions, then slice into very thin rings.

Sauté spring onions with ginger, garlic, and walnuts in hot butter. Add broccoli and 2 tbsp cooking water, toss through. Season with salt and serve in small bowls.
