Ingredients
- 2 Camembert
- 50 g ground hazelnut kernels
- 1 egg
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 500 g apricots
- 3 tbsp sugar

Beat the egg and coat the Camemberts in it. Mix hazelnuts with 1 tsp salt, then roll the Camemberts in the mixture. Heat a deep fryer to 180°C and fry the Camemberts until golden yellow. Drain on kitchen paper.

Wash apricots, blanch them, peel, halve, pit, and simmer with sugar and 2 tbsp water. Cook for 2 minutes, then puree with an immersion blender. Let cool.
