Ingredients

  • 250 g green grapes
  • 4 tsp white port wine
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 1 round Camembert

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Remove stems from grapes, blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, cool quickly and peel. Mix with port wine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Place Camembert in a lightly oiled baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (gas: level 3-4, fan: 180°C) for 6–8 minutes.

    Divide Camembert into four portions and serve together with the grapes.
