The bread with radish cream cheese and rocket from Spoonsparrow is a great alternative to the classic cheese or sausage sandwich.
Ingredients
- 4 slices whole‑grain bread (60 g each)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 150 g radishes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 packet rocket

Spread the cream cheese on the bread slices. Clean, wash and finely dice the radishes. Sprinkle them over the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
