French Toast Sticks

Spoonsparrow French Toast Sticks are a true flavor experience! They’re not only tasty but also a lot of fun to eat.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 180 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 60 g tender rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 slices finely ground whole grain bread (without whole seeds or grains)
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions

Whisk eggs, milk, oats and cinnamon until smooth and pour into a shallow bowl.

Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture one at a time, let it soak briefly, then drain excess batter.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the bread slices over medium heat for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove the bread from the pan, let cool slightly, cut into strips about 2.5 cm wide and serve as French Toast Sticks.
