Bread with Avocado and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • 200 g avocado (1 avocado)
  • 2 stems basil
  • 1 stem parsley
  • 300 g grainy cream cheese
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 160 g bread (4 slices)

Instructions

    Peel, halve, pit and dice the avocado.

    Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop the leaves.

  3. 3.

    Mix the avocado cubes with the grainy cream cheese and herbs, then season with 1 splash of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Spread the avocado mixture onto the bread slices.
