Ingredients

  • 2 slices country bread
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 80 g Feta (9% fat)
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 20 g pitted black olives
  • 1 handful basil
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Lightly toast the bread in a pan over medium heat for 4–5 minutes on each side or bake it in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C, gas: level 2–3) for about 6–8 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.

    Wash the cherry tomatoes, pat dry and quarter them. Drain the olives and slice into thin rings.

    Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Top the bread with tomatoes, olives and basil, arrange on plates, season with pepper and serve.
