Ingredients
- 250 g Cheddar
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 8 whole wheat tortilla sheets
- coriander (for garnish)
Instructions

Grate the cheese. Heat a little oil in a pan. Place one tortilla sheet, sprinkle with some cheese, and top with another tortilla sheet. Press lightly and cook 1–2 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.

Flip using a plate and cook on the other side until also golden brown and the cheese has melted. Use up remaining tortillas and cheese similarly.

Wash the coriander, shake dry. Cut quesadillas into pieces and serve arranged on a plate with coriander garnish.
