Ingredients

  • 150 g ricotta
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 small apples
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 whole grain rolls
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts (coarsely chopped)
  • Apple slice (for garnish)

Instructions

    Stir ricotta with cream and honey.

    Peel and grate apples, mix into the ricotta cream with lemon juice, taste and adjust seasoning.

    Lightly toast pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant.

    For serving cut rolls open, spread the cream on each side, garnish with an apple slice and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
