Ingredients

  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 100 g Ricotta
  • 1 EL sugar
  • 12 figs
  • 6 slices Parma ham
  • 12 rosemary sprigs

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to grill mode.

    Chop the walnut kernels and mix with ricotta and sugar. Score the figs crosswise and fill them with the ricotta mixture. Cut the Parma ham slices in half and wrap each fig with a piece of ham.

    Remove all but the tips from the rosemary sprigs and skewer three figs on each sprig. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and grill under high heat for about 5 minutes until hot, then serve immediately.
