- 4 radishes
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 whole grain bread roll
- 3 tsp low-fat cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Wash, trim and slice the radishes into thin strips. Wash and pat dry a few fresh young radish leaves. Wash, trim the pear, quarter it and cut into narrow slivers.

Halve the whole grain bread roll and spread with cream cheese. Top with radish leaves, pear slices and radish strips. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with chopped pumpkin seeds and chives before serving.
