- 400 g Whole wheat Fusilli
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200 g ripe tomatoes
- 200 g anchovy fillets
- 200 g black olives
- 4-6 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g Pine nuts
- 2 tsp green peppercorns

Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions in plenty of salted water. Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Briefly blanch the tomatoes, peel, halve, remove seeds, then finely dice them.

Drain the anchovy fillets and olives. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Toast the pine nuts and garlic in it.

Add the tomatoes, anchovies, olives, and green peppercorns. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the drained pasta.
