Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • butter (for frying)
  • 8 slices brioche (or white bread)
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Whisk the milk with the sugar and eggs. Heat a little butter in a pan over medium heat. Dip each brioche slice into the milk‑egg mixture and fry both sides for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Layer the fried slices in a baking dish.

    Wash, trim, and cut the strawberries into pieces. Mix them with pistachios, powdered sugar, and lemon juice; spread over the brioche layers and serve.
