Ingredients

  • 150 g fresh pineapple
  • 2 slices whole grain bread (60g each)
  • 10 g butter
  • 80 g quark (20% fat in cream)
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tsp red jelly
  • lemon balm for garnish

Instructions

    Grate the pineapple or cut it into thin strips.

    Spread butter and quark on the whole grain bread slices. Peel the bananas and slice them. Arrange banana and pineapple slices over the quark, then spread the red jelly on top. Sprinkle with a few lemon balm leaves before serving.
