Ingredients
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1.5 tbsp horseradish (from jar)
- 1 tsp seasoned vegetable broth
- 1 pinch paprika powder
- 50 g whipping cream (whipped)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 slices whole‑grain bread
- 4 large slices smoked salmon
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions

Whisk the cream cheese with horseradish, vegetable broth and paprika until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the spread on the bread and top with salmon. Wash the chilies, deseed if desired, slice into rings, mix with sunflower seeds and parsley. Garnish the loaves with this mixture and serve immediately.
