Ingredients

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 350 g mascarpone
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    Wash the blueberries and pat them dry with paper towels. Break the ladyfingers into slightly smaller pieces.

    Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks and sugar with an electric hand mixer until light and fluffy, then fold in the mascarpone. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whites into the cream, then layer the mixture with ladyfingers and blueberries in glasses. Serve immediately.
