Strawberry Tiramisu with Mascarpone, Quark and Cream
Strawberry Tiramisu with Mascarpone, Quark and Cream by Spoonsparrow: In strawberry season this especially creamy variation is a must!
Ingredients
- 80 g ladyfingers
- 6 tbsp Amaretto
- 500 g strawberries
- 100 g sugar
- 75 g whipping cream
- 250 g quark
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions

Arrange the ladyfingers side by side in a baking dish, drizzle with a little amaretto and let them sit covered for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile wash the strawberries under running cold water, drain, clean and halve or quarter them.

Sprinkle the berries with half of the sugar. Whip the cream stiffly, then mix the quark, remaining sugar and mascarpone until smooth; season with the rest of the amaretto. Fold in the whipped cream. Set aside 4–8 strawberry pieces for garnish.

Spread strawberries over the ladyfingers, spread the mascarpone cream on top, and garnish with more strawberries. Chill the strawberry tiramisu with mascarpone, quark and cream in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Finally dust with cocoa.
