Ingredients
- 200 g mirabelles
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g mascarpone
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1 Egg white
- 20 ml orange liqueur
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 12 ladyfingers
- cocoa powder (for dusting)

Wash the mirabelles, halve them, pit and finely chop. Mix with lemon juice and vanilla sugar and let sit.

Whisk mascarpone with powdered sugar until creamy. Beat egg white to stiff peaks and fold into the cream.

Stir orange liqueur into orange juice. Break about half of the ladyfingers into large pieces, briefly dip in the orange mixture, and layer them in glasses. Spread half of the mirabelles on top and spread cream over them. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Chill for about 20 minutes before serving.

Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
