Vanilla Almond Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 150 g mascarpone
- 150 g quark
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 125 ml whipping cream
- 12 ladyfingers
- 50 ml cold coffee
- 50 ml almond liqueur
- cocoa powder (for dusting)

Whisk the mascarpone with the quark and lemon juice. Beat the egg yolks with vanilla sugar and sugar until fluffy, then fold in the quark mixture. Whip the cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it in.

Cut or halve the ladyfingers according to glass size. Mix coffee with almond liqueur; dip a few ladyfinger pieces, let them drain briefly, and place them in the glasses. Cover with 1–2 tbsp of cream, add another layer of soaked ladyfingers, cover again, and finish with a final layer of ladyfingers and cream.

Refrigerate the glasses for one hour. Just before serving, dust the dessert with cocoa powder.
