Blueberry Spread

Ingredients

  • 1500 g blueberries
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (3:1)
  • 2 stems lemon thyme
  • 2 limes (juice)

Instructions

    Wash the blueberries, remove leaves and any imperfect berries, then drain well. Add the sugar, thyme, and lime juice to a pot and let steep for 1 hour. Bring to a boil and simmer vigorously for 4 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove the thyme afterward.

    Fill the mixture into well-rinsed jars and seal tightly. Place the jars upside down for 10 minutes, then turn them right side up and allow to cool.
