Ingredients

  • 200 g blueberries (fresh)
  • 100 g gelatin sugar (no cooking), e.g., Fix und Fruchtig by Südzucker
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

    Wash the blueberries, drain them, and pat dry. Combine with the gelatin sugar and vanilla essence in a tall glass and blend with an immersion blender for 45 seconds.

    Serve on buttered bread slices.

    The finished jam keeps well sealed in the refrigerator for about 8 weeks.
